The Media Arts Society of Squamish (MASS) was founded to support media artists in the Sea to Sky Corridor who are working in film, video, audio and new media. MASS fosters and fortifies the culture and business of independent media arts by providing professional development opportunities, facilitating projects, and promoting public awareness of media arts through a variety of events and initiatives. MASS was established in July 2009 as a non-profit society incorporated in the Province of British Columbia.
